The Outer Marker Crew Shop offers free UPS
ground shipping on all orders over $145.
All orders under $145 will be charged a discounted UPS ground rate of $7.95. Some items such as crew logs, ties, epaulets and books can be mailed for as little as $1.95. The UPS ground rate of $7.95 will be initially assessed on the internet order. We will automatically determine the least expensive method of shipping and make the proper rate adjustment unless you specify differently in the special instructions area on the shipment summary page of the check out process. We will also send out an e-mail to notify you what method of shipping was used including an estimate on when you should receive your order. Order before 2 PM central time and your order will normally ship out the same business day. Internet orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday. We will contact you by phone and e-mail if a product is not in stock.

CUSTOMER FRIENDLY REFUND POLICY
The Outer Marker Crew Shop wants you to be
completely satisfied with our products and services.
We will extend a refund on most merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. We are however unable to offer refunds on software and books which have been unsealed. Simply give us a call at:

COMPANY HISTORY
The Outer Marker Crew Shop was started in May of 1990.
It was located at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport in St. Louis, Missouri.
At that time it was called the Outer Marker Pilot Shop. Product lines catered to everyone from hobby pilot to career pilot. In December of 2004 the location at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport was sold to the local flight school and the Outer Marker moved to Peoria, Illinois. The company is now known as the Outer Marker Crew Shop specializing in product lines such as luggage, crew shirts, flight kits and other aviation crew supplies. The change was made to allow us to concentrate on serving the needs of career pilots and flight attendants.
